Een klant heeft op 11 april 16 Mach 3 scheermesjes besteld bij Gave Actie, maar ontving na meerdere e-mails en een lange wachttijd geen levering. Ondanks beloftes van verzending en een terugbetaling, bleef de communicatie uit en werd het geld niet teruggestort. De klacht is inmiddels opgelost.

Mijn Klacht:

Order number: 100055626 and factuur number 100034838

I have bought 16 Mach 3 shaving blades on 11th ! of April. After a few weeks i have started to mail the company but no reply has been sent. Then on 20th of May! (1.5 month later) i have received the letter that the blades has been sent by DHL or POST NL and soon i will receive a conformation and the product – none of that has happened. After 1 week and my email regarding that i have received the mail that my product HAS BEN SENT by a usual letter but it has been lost , which is at least strange. Also they have promised that it will be sent ah=gain and i will receive the product by the end of the week – none of that has happened. On 31st of May Gave Actie asked for my IBAN to refund the money – after 1 week nothing has happened. After that i have wrote another PACK OF EMAILS in order to get finally a reply when i will be refunded and i have been promised that it will done today(5th of June) – nothing happened. A new pack of emails and questions, but even when i have said that will write a claim – NO REPLY FOR 1 WEEK and keeps going… Please help me to get my money back

Gewenste Oplossing:

I will be satisfied when i will receive a full refund of my money that i have payed!

10 jaren geleden - Thank you, Robin But i have a question: In one of the previous claims about the same product to this company you have said that it has been resolved, however the person has not received the refund of money yet. What i want is to get my money back, because if you have read my claim - you will understand that this company is simply lying all the time and waits when the customer will stop on trying to get his money back. Reasons for my such conclusion you can see in description i have wrote and i can gladly prove that by sharing email history... So, will i actually get my money back or not? :/

10 jaren geleden - I do not see any income on my bank account still, so THERE HAVE BEEN NO REFUND!
