Im so sorry im writting in English here caused i still cant really good speaking Dutch. I’d love to share my experiences using Vodafone provider.
In earlier March 2015, i tried to start a new Vodafone abonement via net. Everything was fine, i’ve picked the type of the telephone etc until i came to the page address. I saw the address wasnt that good caused it was still my old address that is mentioned there in verzending address or factuuradres. It was weird caused i remember i’ve changed my address about 2 years ago already. So i check in my persoongegevens, i saw that was my new address that mentioned there. So i thought how come there were a difference between my address that mentioned in persoongegeven and in the factuuradres. So i didnt continue to order a new abonnement via net caused i didnt wanna make any mistakes. But couple of days after that, a Vodafone worker called me and he helped me to try to start a new abonnement. Then i warned him that my address in my persoongegeven and in my factuuraddress is different. And i told him also about 2 years ago Vodafone had sent the packages 2 times to my old address. (I’ll tell the story about that later on) But he said there wont be any problem because they’ll use the address that mentioned in my persoongegeven. And couple of days later i got an email from tnt that a package from Vodafone is on the way to my house. But i saw that package went to my old address (again exactly what had happened 2 times about 2 years ago). So my hubby called Vodafone to tell them about this problem. The klanten medewerker then asked us to pick the package up to our old address. And we didnt wanna to do that caused we live in other town, and we dont know when the new people who live there at home and the most important thing, it wasnt our fault also. So the Vodafone worker said that he’s gonna takecare of this problem and i’ll get the telefoon within 5 workdays. After 5 days there was no news about it so we called Vodafone again to ask about it. Another klanten werker said that there’s nothing is written on the system about any problems about my order. Ohh hoe kan dat nou? She didnt even know that Vodafone has sent the package to the wrong address. So my hubby said lasttime we called them already about it and one worker said he’s gonna takecare about this problem. But the woman said “het staat niets in de system 👿 ” So the worker from the klanten service lasttime didnt put anything on the system after we called him and he didnt report there was a problem???What did he do than after we called him?? Took a cup of coffee and pauze genomen??? So i waited on the line for about 10 minutes and talked to him about 20 minutes for nothing??? What kind of service is that??? Okay, and the Vodafone worker asked exactly the same question like her collega lasttime, can we pick the package to our old address grrrrrr….(easy to say hmmm)..And ofcourse again i said no. And she said then i have to wait about 10 to 15 workdays again. Unbelievable!!! And i asked how come my address that is mentioned in facture adress and persoongegeven is different. And she said Vodafone can’t change the address in the facture addres :p hahahahah What a super system is that??? People can move to a new address every time dont you think???And everytime they’ll get a problem on receiving any packages from Vodafone caused the Vodafone system cant change the factuur adres :p I think it’s a stupid answer from her. Cos guess what, my husband had a new abonement also from Vodafone about a year ago, but he didnt have any problem receiving the package. The telefoon came to the right address and we moved to a new address together toch??? Why this case happened only to me??
Well 2 years ago the same case happened to me. They sent the telephone to my old address when i started a new abonement also. After waited about 2 weeks i found out about it. And after couple of times i called Vodafone , they said they would take care of this problem and would send a new one to me. (It was the first case) And guess what after couple of days Vodafone called me to say they made mistakes again and they sent another telephone to my old address. And they asked me to pick hem up.(It was the second case)..So when this year it has happened again, it is the 3rd time Vodafone sent a package to the old address. It’s like a dejavu :p Until now i dont know if they try to work on this problem or maybe it’s only a blablabla again ..To be honest, i’m very dissapointed and if it’s possible i dont wanna have a new abonement from Vodafone again. After 3 times i got exactly the same problem i think I have enough with Vodafone. They dont work as professionals. My husband maybe isnt gonna make a new abonement with Vodafone after his contract is finnished aswell. It’s really not a recommended provider.
Vodafone has to make their systems alot better and hire more professionals workers.
