Mijn Klacht:
I ordered a phone and cover, with a delivery date of 30 November, to be picked up at a postnl location. I got the email saying that the order was delivered, and I went to pick it up today. Only the cover was delivered, the phone will be delivered later today. If I follow the link in the email with the order, it says that it was delivered, and it doesn’t mention that there are 2 packages.
If they can’t deliver on time, then they should just say this. And they shouldn’t say that the order was delivered when only part of it was delivered.
Gewenste Oplossing:
They should fix their website so that it doesn't say that the order was delivered when only part of it was delivered.
