Mijn Klacht:
I attempted to place an order via their website. I made the payment using my ABN Ambro card, and I can that the amount has been deducted from my account. However, I have not received any email ation regarding my purchase, and I am unable to see the order in my Zwilling account.
Gewenste Oplossing:
I would like the company to solve this problem as soon as possible.
