Mijn Klacht:
I received 4 packs of dry food. I immediately realized the packages were faulty and leaking air. The food inside is not fresh anymore if not health-threatening. I notified the company with pictures. They asked for more pictures. I sent many more high-quality images zoomed, and focused. They offered 10% discount on my next food order. I find this unacceptably reckless. I am more frustrated about how they are handling this situation. This company should be regulated by health-standards and not allowed to operate if they will continue being reckless like this.
Gewenste Oplossing:
My individual problem can be solved by replacing the damaged food packages with properly sealed ones or giving back my money. However, I still think this company must be regulated and officially warned by a governance body.
