Mijn Klacht:
early this month I got a mistake from ziggo in adding more money on my invoice, I called then and they corrected the mistake.
Once again I got another mistake in my invoice, then I called this afternoon, for getting a wrong invoice, the agent after long waiting and putting me on hold, he said he corrected the mistake but then he said but you still have to pay higher than your normal invoice, then I asked him to place a complain for me to follow from Ziggo on that, then he said; I can’t place a complain, then I told him what’s your name he gave it to me, I said then: okay I have a prove now that you didn’t want to place a compalin, then he hang up the phone while I’m talking…!
I called back again the same voice I had on the phone, I asked him are you (his name) he said no, but why are you angry, then I explained to him why am I angry as a client, then he said if you don’t low your voice I will do like my colleague did….!! and then I told him, guys this is not a way you treat your clients, my voice isn’t high and your supervisor can review my call record, and then he hanged up…!!!
my points are:
1. why the guys rejected to file a complain for me? and how then shall I do that?
2. this guy in the second call was the same guy in the first time and he just was playing on the phone like he has his own company, and this is not nice for a well reputable company like Ziggo!
3. Respect calls respect, you can review my call record, I’m calling a client service, assume I raised my voice (and I didn’t) then the agent must say Sir kindly low your voice (and he must repeat it twice at least), but even his role must first to say:
I understand why are you annoyed but kindly let me help you…! or anything like that
but they didn’t, he instead said: I will do like my colleague like he is seeing that, like a normal thing!!!
Gewenste Oplossing:
1. I want a final solution for my invoices problem, which always the mistake from your side, I don't have time to spend it on calls back and forth!
2. I have the name of the employee who spoke to me, I ask for an official apology and a promise that he wouldn't do that with any other client, otherwise I ask you direct an official warning for him, because it is the image of Ziggo for me not his image!
