Dear Zaanse Hoeve customer service,

I bought a liter of Zaanse Hoeve volle melk at Albert Heijn several hours ago on Mar 13. It turned out to be curdled and unable to use, although it is within the expiry date (4 days ahead) and was never opened before. What’s worse was that I drank from the carton for a few seconds, so I didn’t realize it was spoiled, until later I got a serious stomachache because of that mouthful of milk and realized it was the milk. I poured it in a glass and it appeared curdled.
Selling spoiled products is unacceptable. I expect a refund and an explanation of how it happened. Looking forward to your response.
