Klacht: Wrong Audited Gecontroleerde afmeting

Mijn Klacht:

The Gecontroleerde afmetinge showed it double counts one of the boxes, which is not what the size we imported and we received in the Netherlands finally.

The shipment: 1Z0WR5858895193822/ 0WR585TVNY7

We contacted UPS team at least three times through the UPS system (email) to check the shipment before, however, we have not received any reply. This is unacceptable and unrespectful. At lease, UPS could provide us evidence about this case.

We have asked them if we could provide more evidences from our sides if needed, but they did not reply us til now.

The dimension should be:

45 x 25 x 35 cm, 8,21 kgs
51 x 29 x 38 cm, 11,52 kgs
Vervoer: 120 EUR

We have asked them to hold the invoice, yet we did not receive any reply. At the moment, we have settled payment. This is not professional.

Please check and reply us as soon as possible.

Gewenste Oplossing:

The dimension should be:

45 x 25 x 35 cm, 8,21 kgs
51 x 29 x 38 cm, 11,52 kgs
Vervoer: 120EUR

Please check, reply us as soon as possible, and send us the credit note.
