Good morning All,
I would like to report it site above for fraud and abusing of information’s posted on web site. Initially there are some products in stock and available for overnight shipping but when you paid for order then you got information back that items are not available. Moving forward they will offer you another products of course more expensive and you’ll have to pay more. I personally dropped order with total cost of 3.546,34 euros on 26th Feb , payment was processed on 27 Feb 2018 (I have received document from my bank) and they have ed receipt of payment. on 14 March 2018 I requested cancellation and refund of my payment in the 5 business days but I got respond that items are ordered . After I submitted complain to thuswinkel, they contacted me via phone and email and offered some other products but not with price and delivery time that was acceptable for me. I responded and cancellation and requested refund to be process no later than 23 March but nothing happened.Today, on 26 March I sent another request for refund but of course there is no answer.

Gewenste Oplossing:

When they refund what I paid for items (3.546,34 euros) that suppose be in stock.
