Klacht: we aren’t satisfied with travelling through Austarian lines

Mijn Klacht:

In 12 august i and my husband were supposed to travel through your company Austrian to cairo and to arrive to cairo at 14:35 but our first flight Amsterdam-Vienna was cancelled and your office booked other tickets for us with a new arrival time which became 1:30 after midnight !!! That means that we waited in the airport of amsterdam for 12 hours without food so we paid 60 euro to eat and drink!!
The other problem and it was bigger that the taxi chauffeur who we booked to wait for us in cairo airport at 14:35 which was the supposed arrival time, he waited us untill 1:30 after midnight and he took 200 euro for waiting to drive us to our city which is 2 hours far from Cairo !!
And now we lost our time, our comfort and our money because of travelling with Austrian!!
The question is who will compensate us for all of that?!!
