I went the first time to the store on the 14/7/2020 to Samsung s20 plus blue i waited because they didn’t have the blue in storage, 3 days later 17/7/2020 the phone arrived i went to the store in the same day I took the phone and a screen protector 30€ I went home but the phone was with a pixels defect i was back to the store on the 19/7/2020 and the employee told me to reset the phone because it was a software problem, I did it but the problem remains so I went back to the store next day, they switched my phone this time for a new one i took the phone and another screen protector because I already had the other one on the phone, but the new phone come also with a problem on the camera I went to the store once again on the 31/7/2020, and the employee made the reset on the camera he showed me how to do it, but didn’t solved the problem so he showed me on the website that a few persons already complained about it me that was a software problem I should wait for the updates to solve it, and after this if the problem remains I just go back to the store to switch for a new phone again. I went home i waited for the updates finally when I received the updates the camera problem remained so I went back to the store on the 19/8/2020 and now they just told me that they can’t give a new phone because is already bought for more than 2 weeks so the phone needs to go for reparation and that can take 2 weeks .
So I am paying 74€ a month more 2 screen protectors for a phone a new phone that i don’t have.
This can’t be normal, I ask for a new phone is not possible i ask to terminate the contract they told me is not possible, and then they ask me what I want to do? Whats the point of the question if the only option is send it to reparation?
I want to know what I can do more because I am not happy with the solution. I spend a lot of money and time for a phone that i am not using
Gewenste Oplossing:
I want to terminate the contract or at least i don't want to pay the factures on the time that I am not using the service or the phone.
