Mijn Klacht:
I intended to upgrade my son’s existing pay as you go plan to a discounted contract through my Ziggo account, with the understanding that his current number would be retained.
I received a new SIM card and phone number but was advised by a Vodafone store employee (Groningen location) that my son’s original number could be transferred to the new contract. This was completed on July 1st, 2023. I received written ation that the erroneous online contract was canceled. (Copy attached)
Despite this, I have continued to receive bills for the canceled contract. Multiple visits to the Groningen store and calls to customer service have failed to resolve this error.
Gewenste Oplossing:
Immediate and irrevocable cancellation of the contract associated with the aforementioned phone number.
Full reimbursement for any charges incurred on this contract since July 1st, 2023.
Written ation within [set a reasonable timeframe, e.g., 5 business days] detailing the cancellation and reimbursement process.
