Hello,
I’m writing for make a complain.
Last 20/07/22 I was in a shop in Breda do get a new Sim card with unlimited data.
The worker was filling my information, and when was for scan my European ID card he told me I need a passport.
I told to the worker is not needed because Im from Portugal and the ID card work in Europe Union.
But the worker keep saying that I need a passport, so I told him I will go home and came back with passport.
After 15 min I arrive with the passport.
When I arrive the worker already close my form.
And when was for fill again the form, the system didn’t allowed, because my ID card and my passport have the same number.
and because the worker close the 1st form with my number, he couldn’t open a new one.
He told me to came back tomorrow.

I arrive in the same shop, for ask a Sim card with unlimited data.
The system have a problem with my form and the worker told me will contact be email when he have my Sim card…..
How is possible this happen, and so unprofessional, size 20/07/2022 Im trying to get a Sim card with unlimited data and until now, nothing…..
why is so difficult..

Gewenste Oplossing:
to be more professional, give training to the workers.
and Im not yet a member and already have a bad experience with vadafone
I already lose time and money just go tot he shop
