Na het verlies van zijn telefoon heeft de klant contact opgenomen met Vodafone om een nieuw contract af te sluiten en een vervangende telefoon te ontvangen. De levering, gepland voor 21 juli, is echter nooit aangekomen, en na herhaaldelijk contact met Vodafone over de status, werd het contract uiteindelijk opgezegd. Op 7 augustus heeft de klant een nieuwe bestelling geplaatst, maar tot op heden, 11 augustus, heeft hij nog steeds geen informatie ontvangen over de levering.

Mijn Klacht:

6 weeks ago got lost phone. Called to vodafone to make new contract to get phone. As planned had to get phone on 21st July. But Delivery never came to me, and it was never updated so I get in touch with vodafone on 28 July where is my phone. I was told it will take 2 days to investigate, and if no solution they will cancel contract and will need sign new one. After 3 days I contacted them to ask what is going on, they said it will take maximum 5 days. After 5 days I asked them what is going on, they said now it will take max 10days.
After 10days contract was canceled and I was told I never need to pay for it as it never arrived. I made new order 7th August, as my phone was lost and i urgently need device. It had to arrive within 2-3days but even today 11august there is no information about device at all, it never been sent.
But guess what, i Got new bill today to pay for device from 21st july……..
When I ask on chat about it they do not respond, or simply say wait.
When I call them, they keep transfering me to other departments. Already spoke to 4 people and still they give no answers.
In the end, I still have no device and already got bill of 139euro. They even dont understand why I complain. When I try to explain that they ask me to pay for device that never arrived, they starting talk about credit check.
This is vodafone netherlands for you! The worst of the worst.
Once my contracts finish with them I never look on them.
I still have lot of converstions about device that never arrived and that they every time give me different information.

Gewenste Oplossing:

Would like to get my devices on time.
And not to pay for something that I dont have and cannot use. As well they should look for people who understand what they are doing, because I spoke to 10 people and all are clueless.
In the netherlands maybe its acceptable, but the rest of the world will never accept that their operator is clueless.
