Mijn Klacht:
Ordered an expensive designbag because the seller guaranteed me that it was never used and i would get it with original invoice
After i did definite the order the seller is saying not to sent rhe original invoice because this is a private document.Told him he can take the personal details away(what other sellers also do) but he stay on only sending not
I asked him to cancel the order if he don’t want to sent what he promised but he did not
It is difficult to talk to the seller because he has a block for chat on has account
I contacted vestiaire but it looks that they are dependent on the system and have no ways to cancel this. I tried already to think with them but no agreement until now.The order still has to be sent by the seller to Vestiaire, he is very late and last minute. So they can stop it I feel that I do not get the help I need. The seller also say one moment something else then other moment, so it does not feel trustful. They say me to chat directly with the seller but the chat is blocked by them.So not possible in his chatbox only can sent comments that is not private at all. Vestiaire will not communicate to the seller, feel that they try to force me to accept a bag without original invoice
