Mijn Klacht:
I made a payment to Vodafone using two separate credit cards, after doing so a message appeared saying “payment was not successful, please try another method”. I then checked both bank accounts and there was a payment pending to Vesta Payment Solutions. I notified Vodafone and they directed to Vesta. Not sure why it would say payment not successful and then actually appear in my bank accounts?
Because of this issue I am unable to use my phone and need this fixed as soon as possible.
** I have attached pictures of both banks statements as evidence (charged in Australian dollars, but each payment was for 20 euro).
Gewenste Oplossing:
For the payments to either be processed or to be fully refunded into both accounts.
