I bought a phone with Groupon and their contact supplier sent me the wrong item. after several attempt to contact the supplier as instructed by Groupon, i contacted Groupon and was advised to resend the phone to the supplier. Today, no one is taking the responsibility and the supplier is even denying receiving the return item while i have the proof of delivery.
I just want my money back from Groupon or Rhinotech.
