Over and over I have contacted representatives of USPS about my
registered A4 size envelop with enclosed ballot for US 2020 election
sent on 19 Oct 2020. bar code RN626636609NL. It has been processed in the US but NOT DELIVERED to Kern County Election Center – Bakersfield. Another PostNL registered track and trace letter to my daughter Bianca reached the US under bar code
RN 889238229NL for processing but has not been delivered in Concord. USPS belongs as a postal system in THE HALL OF SHAME for not handleing my request for locating items and making delivery
Gewenste Oplossing:
Delivery must be carried out or I will go to an Attorney. Documents from the US Consulate General were in the enclosure destined for my daughter Biance B. Taylor.
