First time we buy tickets on Viagogo (for a football game)
Website, tickets, payment: everything looked fine.
As soon as we got the tickets to print, wrong names on the tickets. The website explains that this can happen, OK. As the order number also didn’t match (basically, nothing matched on the tickets), we contacted the Customer Service to get a confirmation that everything was OK. Within 30 minutes, Customer Service replied that the tickets were perfectly fine.
Result: We were rejected at the gate of the stadium (“These tickets are already used”) and now no answer from Viagogo when we ask for a reimbursement.
