Dear Sir/Ma’am,
On date 20th February, i had sent an email to Syncasso asking about a SMS they had sent me telling me I have to pay € 13,50, without writing to where nor what is it about, just stating that it would be due in 3 days from then. I asked them what the bill was about and they took 9 days to reply me with a short email not even answering most of my question and added about € 50 to my bill just for 1 email sent, not telling me that A email sent to asked them regarding a piece of information i have the right to know would caused me € 50. I had sent a new email to them saying that i find it extremely unreasonable and they replied me that i am left with 5 days dateline to pay the debts if not i will have to face legal procedures. They ignored all my enquiries and ordered me to pay an unreasonable amount thus i would like to request you to help settle it for me. I had told them that i would pay the € 13,50 as it is my fault, however, they refuses to listen nor simply give a reply. Please help me settle this with them. Thank you very much!

Gewenste Oplossing:
If they would cancel the € 50 as it is really an unreasonable bill to charge when they did absolutely nothing at all.
