Mijn Klacht:
The machine is only 3 years old and I suddenly got this error. I could not even open the door so I called Siemens. They sent an engineer to look at the error and horror of all horrors, they charged me 360 euros. For a machine that costs nearly 900 euros, that is very disappointing on so many levels. Why would I pay 900 euros for a washing machine only to pay another 360 euros 3 years later?
Even my old Indesit washing machine that I bought for 279 euros only broke down after 5 years.
I can’t believe Siemens products have become this shitty for such expensive machines.
I am not going to pay for those repairs and will see them in court.
Gewenste Oplossing:
The repairs should be free of charge seeing how much the washing machine costs.
