I was made aware of the Siemens 5 year added warrantee if you have bought 4 or more Siemens products when I spoke to your service department 2 weeks ago. As I was not aware of this fantastic loyalty reward I never registered. As I have bought 5 Siemens models on 13/08/2010 ( K138RA50,HB36D572,TK76K572,HB86P572,SX6SM081EU at your official dealer CVT Tilburg. As I did comply to the loyalty reward concerning the quantity appliances bought (5) but was never updated to register within the 90 day period, I find it unfair that I cannot make use of my reward. Your technician told me that I do not have to bother to send my request to you, but I cannot believe due to no information being given to me, that I should be denied my loyalty reward.
Gewenste Oplossing:
I would appreciate if you grant me the same loyalty reward( 5 year extended warrantee) as any other customer that was informed to register and I would find it very unfair to not be enable to enjoy this loyalty reward due to no knowledge of its existence.
