Mijn Klacht:
My flight was cancelled due to COVID-19 last year March 2020. I was supposed to be flying from Amsterdam to Dubai. I received a voucher from KLM which was then converted into refund and transferred to Schiphol Tickets (KLM ed with me that they had refunded the full amount to Schiphol Ticket). I have not received my full refund and I am unable to get into contact with Schiphol Tickets.
Gewenste Oplossing:
I will be satisfied when I receive my full refund.
