Dear contact,
I have complain about the following:
I hired a car at allicante spain.
When i picked up the car i saw more damages then the paper i got from the office showed. If this wasn’t bigger then showed on the back of the paper so it wasn’t a problem they told.
When i brought back the car i asked if your employee could walk with me to check the car. He told me if i had nothing to report that this was not necessary.
He also told me that if i wanted to check the car together i had to wait a long time.. but that would mean i’d missed my flight.
Now i recieved a mail from you that there has been notified new damage. And there has been taken money from my credit card.
I am positive that i didn’t cause this
