Mijn Klacht:
April 2, 2025. The broken parcel machine by address: AMSTERDAM, Kastelenstraat 70, 1083 CD, inside Jumbo!
My parcel is inside this broken machine:
3SFAEU987558135
It’s the day 2 since machine is broken. I hope you do the best you can because I need this package for a trip and also because a lot of local people have found themselves with packages locked in a parcel machine. It just that panel touch sensor doesn’t work, it just needs to be turned off and on once because it’s just frozen.
Gewenste Oplossing:
This simple mechanism needs to be fixed to prevent the sensor from freezing next time.
Imagine, you regularly pick up your parcels from one place, everything is convenient, automated, you don’t have time to get used to it as the simplest mechanism suddenly breaks down completely and the touch screen on the panel becomes absolutely insensitive to touch. You ordered it hoping that it would arrive on time, because you relied on a conscientious sender, on a reliable (as it seemed to me) company. The machine for receiving and returning parcels broke down and can’t open the door, because it doesn’t respond to the touch panel. The problem has been relevant for 2 days already. And today I have to go to another city, where I would need my shipment. I thought “well, tomorrow, or at least the day after tomorrow, they’ll figure it out”. But no, the average “repair” time (you literally have to turn it off and on again, the screen just froze)... ah, so I’m afraid that ChatGPT sent me to this site and said that this kind of “repair” usually lasts from 2 to 3 weeks. And yes, the packages stay inside all this time. And yes, you will then have to retell the story and prove everything.
