Hello,
My insured package is stolen on Feb 24th, case number 30769051. Then no communication comes from postnl in the last over a month at all.
We offered all the evidences, including pictures and videos on the first week the package was stolen. Then we kept trying to contact postnl, at the beginning two or three times a week, recently once per day. At the beginning postnl made many promises: we will call you back this week with results, we will give you some updates, recently no responses at all. Whatever promised at the beginning has never happened.
Contacted postnl general customer service multiple times. they were telling me they also think it is strange and they also dont know what is going on there, but it is not possible to reach out to the department which is dealing with the case.
What can i do???
