Mijn Klacht:

Vattenfall is charging me for gas and electricity based on a guesstimate and the amount I am required to pay is far higher than the industry standard.

Gewenste Oplossing:

When Vattenfall provides the correct gas and electricity readings from Stedin and it is clear how they arrived at the amount to be paid.

4 maanden geleden - Dear Mr/Mrs Adeboyejo,Thanks for sharing your complaint. The last few years we have not been receiving any readings, and therefor had to estimate your usage. We will do this until we receive actual readings, which happened this year. It now appears that we have been estimating your usage too low, and additionally not invoicing you all the energy you had used. Now that we have the actual readings, we invoice all the energy you have used but not yet paid for.Kind regards,Tyas Vattenfall

4 maanden geleden - Vattenfall needs to request for the breakdown of the months they claimed I used extra gas and electricity, from Stedin and let me see the breakdown. It is not enough to give a guess-estimate and make me pay a monthly bill of 262 euros a month for gas and electricity. If I paid a monthly bill of 157 euros in 2019, you cannot add an additional 105 euros monthly based on estimate. Such an amount is outrageous and unfair. Especially when I told Vattenfall, my family was out of the country for over six months last year from May to December and I have the stamps on my passport to prove it. Please provide the monthly breakdown from Stedin showing the consumption during the disputed period.Aggrieved Customer,Adesola.

Geboden Oplossing:

Sorry but we do not have another explanation. Therefore we will not reply on this matter anymore. We explained that now that we have the actual readings, we invoice all the energy you have used but not yet paid for and that we have been estimating your usage too low.
