Mijn Klacht:

Dear Sir/Madam,

We just received the 50 euro penalty for not returning our rented car to Tenerife South with a full engine, even though it was full. I am, again, perplex by your way of handling customers and would like to let you know that we will never EVER use your services again. You are a bunch of criminals and abuse the thrust customers put in you.

1. The arrival was crap. We were 2nd in line inside the airport to collect the key to our car. One of your employees told us it was better to collect the key somewhere outside. We went to your outside-office with 2 little kids, to find out there was another line, huge this time. We had to wait for over an hour with our kids in the burning sun.
2. We received an e-mail a couple of days later, with attached a so called copy of the damage-form we signed. This was a totally different form than the one we signed, which lacked all the damage we mentioned. It took us a lot of time and stress to rectify this and it felt like an attempt to betray us.
3. And now this e-mail about a fuel penalty. The fuel wasn’t fuel when we got the car. We filled it up at the closest fuel station possible at 5 am.

This has been such a bad experience that has cost us so much stress and frustration, that I will certainly warn everybody who thinks of hiring with you.

Gewenste Oplossing:

Wanneer we geen boete hoeven te betalen.
