Mijn Klacht:
I bought a washing machine incl. installation service.
The delivery people charged my tenants extra 100 euro becuase the washing mashine is stacked under the dryer.
They insisted on cash and provided no receipt, which is very unusual for Netherlands.
And they actually broke the dryer while reinstalling it.
Communication with customer service is very time-consuming and completely useless so far.
After more than a week still no solution was provided.
Gewenste Oplossing:
I would like my dryer to be finally fixed and compensated for all this waste of time and annoying experience
