Een klant van Luxstyle.nl meldt dat hij nooit een bestelling heeft geplaatst, maar toch een incassobureau heeft benaderd gekregen om een betaling te doen voor iets dat hij niet heeft ontvangen. De klacht is inmiddels opgelost.
i think i have the same problem like everyone. never order nothing and now incasso asking me to pay something i never get it.
maby someone can help?

Hello Kasia,
The collection agency has been involved to collect the debts for order LXNL5808202.
This order concerns an order for the Blackhead Killer gift box, which consists of 5x Blackhead Killer peel-off masks, 1x Blackhead Killer moisturizer tube and 1x Blackhead Killer cleanser, placed on April 7th, 2017.
We have sent letters regarding the payment to the address on file on the following dates:
1st reminder letter sent on April 21st, 2017
2nd reminder letter sent on May 6th, 2017
3rd reminder letter sent on May 24th, 2017
4th and last reminder letter sent on November 22nd, 2017
Unfortunately, as we have not received any response or payment, the case has been handed out to the collection agency.

hello
but i never recive any delivery, nothing. and 1) i never order anything. i did log myself in this page and want to order face mask because price was 19.99 eur, but when in beginning with order and want to pay 19.99 page show mi price over 60 eur and i break ordering. is cheating. You know what i did went to this page again last week and is the same story. on the first page is 19.99 but when You ordering is over 60 eur.
i never recive any delivery, so i dont want to pay for something i never get it.
without any coformation i did recive the order i am not gonna pay for nothing, and as fahr i did check in internet i am not first person which has been trated like this.
