Mijn Klacht:
On Saturday, 11th of March, around 2 o’clock, I looked myself out of the house. Checked on the internet and found a number and called it. I should have become suspicious then, as it was a 0900 number. However, in shock and wanting to get back in the house I rang the number and somebody arrived 1 hour later, although I was said that it would take 20-30 minutes. A guy came in a private car, no company name. He informed us of the price and started working. He struggled with the lock and another guy came, this time in a white van, still no company name. Anyway, after some time the lock was broken and I managed to get in. I was charged 430 Euros for this:
-Specifieke inzet deuropening 159
– Voorrijkosten 30
– Zaterdag toeslag (50%) 98.5
– Meerverk iederen 15 min 37.5
– Materiaalverbruik 30
BTW 74.55
I paid with PIN (to Keyservice), and when they left I started thinking about the price and realized it was too high. The call out charge is extremely high, and work charge, that comes at 150 per hour also. Since then I had a bad feeling and am hoping that by complaining I would be able to get my money back.
Gewenste Oplossing:
I would like to pay the proper price, which seems to be not more than 150-180 Euros. Therefore a refund of about 60% is what I am hoping to get after this complaint.
