Mijn Klacht:
I called to complain about the delivery of an office desk. The female employee gave an explanation as it was fixed for anyone that make a complain about delivery. When I started to explain that this excuse is not accurate she told me that if I keep interacting her she will not help me further. I paused, I heard her and then I started talking again explaining the situation. She said again that she can not help me further because of my tone. I asked her to connect me with her supervisor and the line was disconnected. I think customer service employees shouldn’t apply every stupidity they watch on tiktok! Because every case is different. They have to be professional.
Gewenste Oplossing:
A kind explanation and a willingness to help customers. At least to pretend that they are interested for the company's customers...
