If I could rate it less than one star, I would have done it. On 16.06.2020 I received a package from JD Sport, with one pair of shoes instead of the 2 pairs which I’ve ordered.
In spite of many emails, online forms and attempts to call, there was not any response whatsoever.
They are practically unreachable.
I did everything I could in order to get in touch with them without a result. I would like to pay them for the one pair of shoes which I did receive, however, we keep receiving via Klarna (who are fully informed about the case) payments demands for both if the shoes.
Not sure what to do anymore
