Mijn Klacht:
I purchased an Ipad cover on Janox.nl website on 30 April. I never received the purchase or my money back. I cancelled the order and demanded a refund. I am still struggling to receive the refund. I have now filed a police report and am hoping I will finally receive my 40 euros back.
Janox.nl doesn’t even bother to reply to my e-mails anymore. Initially they would come up with ridiculous excuses. My advise is: STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAMMERS.
Gewenste Oplossing:
I want to receive the money back.
