Mijn Klacht:
I had cancelled my account months ago, and yet was still getting invoice. I paid as requested the first time, as I thought I may not have cancelled it properly. Then I made sure I was indeed no long a premium member, even wrote an email requesting a refund, but of course, got no response. And now one month later, I got ANOTHER invoice! I logged onto my account and it clearly says ’try premium’, ‘start premium account’ etc.
Gewenste Oplossing:
I would like to have my last payment with invoice number 2017319229 refunded, and please stop sending me invoices and threatening to put me to debt collection agencies!
