Mijn Klacht:

This company has the worst service of The Netherlands. Im already for 6 days without any sign on my phone or internet. I can not even make emergency calls. They send me a message saying that they needed to change my simcard, then they send me the new one but it never arrived. Since then Im trying to get in contact with them by phone(3 times, waited 10 minutes each time and gave up)(and the call is paid so up to the moment I spent more then 13.00 euros calling them for nothing), I also tried Facebook(private messages and comments) but no reply, and I tried by email. I hate this people so much. I work with translations, and if people can not reach me, I don´t earn any money. This is ridiculous!!!!

Gewenste Oplossing:

When I have my telephone line back and my internet working. I'm paying my abbonement every month. I also want to know when can I cancel my contract.
