Mijn Klacht:

Series of problems with HN since their request to change my SIM card… now, no service at all, even after putting back the all card. No answer to emails, no possibility to reach the helpdesk, no HN message by email about these major anomalies to indicate time for resolution. Only feedback is ‘keep the new card, we have technical problems, we will retire in a few months ! total crap !

Gewenste Oplossing:

HN to send clear message about problem to all client by email. HN to apology. HN to provide timeframe for resolution. HN to propose some compensation for loss of service (i.e they do nt comply to their contractual obligations).

10 jaren geleden - I sent other emails to the to complain and inform them about the fact that all invoices since October 2015 are still wrong, reporting only 3€ instead of the SIM-1000 contract amounts. Resulting beltegoed is null instead of equivalent to 20€ x 4 with 3 months usage. I informed HN that in this situation, I considered them in breach with their contractual obligations and would ask the bank to return the last bill of 14€. HN has finally replied to the 'no-phone line' issue: they finally restored the previous-sim card service. As a result of my actions, the phone can again be used for reception after this non-nominal interruption (phone and sms). I understand that HN added a 'small' beltegoed of 10€ as 'compensation'. This is better than nothing and at least the phone is available to call or send sms now (can be used shortly in case of need). I have sent other emails to remind them about the other issues (wrong beltegoed, erroneous factuur, no real help desk, required extension of validity of beltegoed otherwise I would have paid October and December bills for nothing)... waiting for their response.
