Mijn Klacht:

We ordered Averno table and dresser and we asked to have them both with color “HOUT KLEUR 74 OLIE GRAU”. Table is correctly processed however the dresser is NOT. The dresser IS a different color.

We want to have them both in the SAME color and we paid and waited extra time to have this. As you may imagine, we are very disappointed that now the dresser is delivered with a different color. We would like to have the dresser to be exchanged immediately.

We would like to have the dresser to be exchanged immediately.

3 maanden geleden - Yes I did created a service ticket which was promising to come back within 5 working days. No one yet contacted about anything. Pronto Wonen clearly delivers a wrong product and you do not have to think a lot but accept the fact that you have to change it.

3 maanden geleden - I am not sure if you work for the same company. We of course called them. They told us that the service is centralised and they cannot do anything other than ordering products.
