Adyen is a Payment Service Provider and handles payments for online merchants via credit card, bank transfer, and other payment methods. Adyen only offers the technical system for handling these payments. For any questions related to an individual payment, refunds or the status of your order you will have to contact the shop where the order was placed.
If your payment was refused, and the merchant is not able to give you the reason why, you will have to contact your Issuer. Adyen can not provide you with any details about the Refusal Reason.
If you could provide us with a PSP-reference (16 digits) or a print-screen of the transaction showing your full IBAN or last four digits of your CC, we can try to locate the payment for you and identify the merchant.
