Mijn Klacht:

Busline 075 to Berlin was filled with alcoholics openly drinking large cans of beer, peeing next to the bus. We (my minor daughter, mother and I) actually saw their private parts. Another couple ( women) were performing sexual acts on each other. The toilet light was broken. People peed in the sink and next to the toilet creating a puddle in front of the door. Due to a technicality I did not receive a refund only a voucher and lost almost € 170 for cancelling the ride back home. My daughter was to scared to get on the bus again. We had to buy plane tickets in order to leave.
