Dear,
Today my daughter was refused access to the bus 817 from Antwerp to Amsterdam. The reason given by the driver was the fact that she did not have a SARS-VoV-2 PCR test result.
She tried to explain that she belongs to the category of exceptions who do NOT need to have that test: she is a border student and travels home to Antwerp regurlarly. She can proove this with the necessary attests.
I appreciate that Flixbus follows the Covid regulations carefully, but they should also be aware of the exceptions.
The exceptions are very clearly writien on the Dutch website:

This is very frustrating and unfortunate, because as a student, my daughter likes to take the flixbus which is cheaper than other transportations to travel home for the weekend.
