Mijn Klacht:

I am sorry but I will go further in English because my Dutch is not perfect. After the yearly check of our CV ketel in January 2018, it started to thrill and make a sound like it is going to explode. Since then `professionals` of Feenstra have come at least 6 times at home. The first one found some parts next to the boiler that were left from his colleague that did the `onderhoud` in January. He said that this parts are part of the CV-ketel and it is weird why they were left outside.

2 of them change some parts but still there is thrilling and sounds. It is almost an year and our problem is not solved. The last technician that came at home said that they have to change the place of the rookgasafvoer for the price of 787.57 euro.

We do not agree that we have to pay something because:
-We did not have any problems 2 years (also no one came to maintain it for 2 years???)
– The problems started after there technician maintain the cv ketel
– The CV ketel is placed by Feenstra and in their algemene voorwaarden is written that they chose the way and the place the cv ketel will be placed, so if they did not place it correctly, why should we pay for that.
– They refuse to send me the contract because it is not on our name. We bought the house and took over the contract. Actually, we do not know what is written in there and what our right are.

It is already almost an year and our problem is not solved. Because of that we decided to stop the contract with Feenstra and change the cv ketel. They came with that we have to pay them 1303.00 euro if we want to keep the cv ketel (of course we don’t because, it is not working properly) this CV ketel costs 1053 euro but they want us to pay 1303.00.

The other option is they gave is they to take the cv ketel and we have to pay them 60% of the 1303 plus 99.00 arbeidsuren, installatiekosten maar ook leidingwerk en dak- of muurdoorvoer.

The cv ketel is not working properly and we don’t understand why we have to pay for something that occur after their maintenance. Furthermore, we pay every month the costs that are in the contract for maintainance and still we have to pay additional???? Why then we pay our monthly rent? Last but not least, we want to see what is written in the contract but they don’t want to send it to us. How can we be sure what they say is true?

We want to receive the contract, Feenstra to come and replace the CV ketel with new one or maintain it on their costs or take everything that is theirs without any additional charges. If they cannot solve the problem they made, they can come and take the cv ketel but not ask us to pay for that. That’s ridiculous.

Gewenste Oplossing:

- We want to receive the contract (they can blur the personal information of the previous owner)

- Feenstra to come and replace the CV ketel with new one or maintain it on their costs or take everything that is theirs without any additional charges.
- If they cannot solve the problem they made, they can come and take the cv ketel but not ask us to pay for that. That's ridiculous.

Dear Ms. Yaneva,

We have received your complaint regarding the service provided by us. We have investigated the situation, and we can provide you with the following conclusion.

First of all we would like to inform you that we find it unfortunate that you are dissatisfied. Indeed it is very important to us that our customers are satisfied. A repair to the boiler can be necessary sometimes. It is important that, when a repair is needed, it is performed quickly and with te least possible inconvenience. A quick repair is not always possible. However, we are of the opinion, this repair could have been performed faster. We hope you accept our sincere apologies for any inconveniences you have experienced.
Behind the scenes we have not been idle, but ordered the manufacturer to assess te situation. This has led to the replacement of a number of parts and thereby now your boiler is repaired and works properly again. What happened to your boiler is was unfortunate, but we hope to have resolved the case satisfactorily. If you have any questions left, after reading this message, we ask you to send an e-mail to [email protected].

Dear Feenstra,

After the so called 'repair' by manufacturer the boiler started making sounds and thrilling even more often. As discussed with your colleague today, we will get another appointment and continue our 'journey' of waiting our cv ketel to be repaired also in 2019 since the whole 2018 was not enough time (this is a joke if you didn't get it). It is just ridiculous!!! Replace the boiler and stop with asking the next professional to come and repair it. Obviously, there is something wrong with it since 8 technicians could not fix it until now. Thank you!
