Mijn Klacht:
I object to the way the previous complaint was handled because a technician, who regularly works in Holland, released a certificate where he stated that a check could be performed and that’s why the maintenance operation could be finally performed.
This technician issue a professional certificate that I attach as a file to this complaint.

New updated evolutions of the case:
Feenstra is still asking me this money and they replied back that this request is from another issue.. But I had one only issue with them…
I won’t change the rate anymore because they tried to cheat on their final decision and they are still asking me this amount of money. Therefore nothing has really changed.
However I still hold the certificate released from the technician where it is stated that the boiler was good enough for the check to be performed.This technician has performed the check already and the released certificate will be used against them in a court.
Gewenste Oplossing:
I don't want to la 65 euro for their wrong check and I would like to be able to forward you the proof of the performed maintenance from the technician.
