Mijn Klacht:
I called them to unblock toilet. I was told that only 35EURO when mechanik come .
They did not tell that 1m of spring is 40EURO so they used 10m and startarif 169.99EURO for 30minutes of work.
Whey I spoke to them and asked what is the tarif they told me it is depending how much time will mechanik have to stay to fix the problem.
This it the most expensive ,not trusted ,not transpatent and honest firm.
Gewenste Oplossing:
Close the company and punish the owner according the law .
