Mijn Klacht:
I was really hopeless of bad behaviour of one saleswoman in Esprit Enschede main store. This is not the 1st time I had such a bad experience with that saleswoman
That saleswoman showed her huffishness when I put sweaters which I have tried on the right shelve. I was inconvenient while she gave me her grunt together with shaking head.
And she touched my limited anger when I asked about the benefit of my Premium customer card. I was the only customer paid clothes at that moment. Even she didn’t want to help me, she could show her respect at least. “You can find information at home” was what she told me. She still said something but it was really annoying so that I didn’t want to hear her voice anymore.
I left Esprit store in fit of anger and thought that I won’t come back here anymore.
Moreover, I put my complaint on Esprit facebook fan page and I was advised that I call free hotline by myself (00 800 00 377748). Then, one man from this hotline continuously asked me to call other line (020 575 0808), it is not free line. However, the voice message left of that number was speaking that they are closed and I should contact again from Monday-Friday till 5.30. It is weird that now it is nearly 3pm on Monday.
Personally, I had previously bad experiences with Esprit customer service, recently I wrote email in English to them and got reply 2 weeks later in Dutch, even didn’t say sorry but this time is my limitation. How a pity that I didn’t take any picture of that saleswoman.
Gewenste Oplossing:
It is now too annoying to think about the solution.
