Dear Sirs,
from 16 aug i made an order for Walee-Vouwbaar Wasmachine 1 Blauw and you promised me that within 14 days i will recieve my order and i sent you many emails but i recieve the same answer that after one week you will recieve your order.
Today is 22 Oct 2020 . I have been patient with no benfit ,as till now i have not yet recieved my order.That is why i want to get my money back as soon as possible.
and one week ago every day i sent you many emails but it appears that the sending faild.
Gewenste Oplossing:
i will be satisfied when you keep your promise and when i get my my order or my money back.
