wij worden van het kastje naar de muur gestuurd over onze geannuleerde vlucht in april 2020. zie onderstaande mail, het bedrag nog steeds niet ontvangen: zie onderstaande mail. blijkbaar dient easy jet het bedrag terug te storten

Unfortunately the airlines have authorized us to book the flights and any kind of modifications or refunds of ticket can be done by the airlines only and no access to the travel agencies. We request you to please call the airlines for refunds.

We are contacting you following your complaint made through the Dutch Human Environment and Transport Inspectorate regarding your cancelled flight EJU7985,
scheduled to operate between Amsterdam and Olbia, on the 25th of April 2020, and flight EJU7986, scheduled to operate between Olbia and Amsterdam, on 2nd of May 2020.
We hereby that the Passengers are eligible to full refund regarding both cancelled flights.
Total cost of the booking in the amount of 945.92 EUR have been refunded on 3rd of August 2020 to original method of payment ( passenger’s credit card).
