Mijn Klacht:
Yesterday I traveled back from London to Amsterdam. When entering the gate I was stopped because I hadn’t put my little handbag in my trolley yet (which was stupid of me). I put the back into my trolley and planned on boarding when the stewards told me my trolley all of a sudden was too big. Which it isn’t. It’s a normal small carry-on trolley (which I’ve used at all my previous EasyJet flight, including the on to London a few days before). They demanded a 45.01-pound payment for the trolley to be processed as checked luggage. I’ve attached three pictures to this email, showing you the size of the trolley.
Gewenste Oplossing:
I don't agree with the payment because the trolley is normal sized. There were many (and I mean a lot) carry-ons bigger and odder shaped than mine, which didn't get "fined". Therefore I request a refund of the full 45.01 pound.
I really like traveling with EasyJet, and also plan on doing so in the near future. So I much appreciate it if this situation could be sorted correctly.
