Kawthar en haar zus hebben een retourvlucht van Amsterdam naar Venetië geboekt bij Easyjet, waarbij hun bagage voldeed aan de opgegeven afmetingen en gewichtseisen. Tijdens de terugreis van Venetië naar Amsterdam werden ze echter geconfronteerd met onvriendelijk personeel dat hen vroeg te betalen voor hun bagage, ondanks dat deze eerder zonder problemen was geaccepteerd.

Mijn Klacht:

My name is Kawthar , I and my sister round trip from Amsterdam to Venice and when I booked the trip it said that I can take a bag with the following measurements ( 45 36 20 cm ) and my and mine sister bags were meet the required measurements beside the weight were in the first trip 5km and the second 7 km and it was mentioned that the weight should be maximum 10km . when we traveled from Amsterdam to Venice we didn’t face any problem and the staff were so friendly and polite however when we returned back from Venice to Amsterdam unfortunately two of the staff weren’t friendly at all and they were so rude . One of them said we have to pay for the bags then I told her but our bags meet the required measurements and in Amsterdam they accepted them and we didn’t pay anything , then she replied if Amsterdam employees did a mistake doesn’t mean we do the same. You will pay otherwise you are not allowed to travel . she insisted for paying then I said ok i will pay but my card doesn’t work can I pay cash she said Toughly No , you have to pay by card . I said but my card doesn’t work and I will miss the flight then she said so rudly so what , miss the flight and the plane will leave without you as if she likes to torture me, After that I found someone who accepted to pay by his card and take cash from me . To be honest this is the first time I meet such unprofessional employee who likes to complicate the client ‘issue instead of to solve it. It was a horrible moment I was really tension because i was afraid that I would miss my flight. Is this how easyJet staff deal with the clients? a client who is travelling and all he needs is just some peace and calm not tension . what happened made me very tension and not interested to travel with easyjet again .
i have sent many emails to easyjet bt no reply then I have sent a messge through the messemger

I have all the proof that easyjet italy made me pay unfair fees , I have photos of the bags with and who weight they are also I have the recipe . So what i am asking now is an immediate refund since the bags were meet the requirements.

I have sent easyjet many emails but they didn’t bother themself to reply , then I sent a message through messenger , finally somone replied as asked me to go through their website and send a form which I did twice but also no reply after that I sent again many messages through email , website and messenger but no reply at all , i don’t know what to do with them , I have no choice unless raise a complain against them .
