Mijn Klacht:
After sending in my 3 almost brand new phone a week ago for a cracked screen, 4 days later they sent a defective phone as replacement!
They refused to process my complaint over the phone, and I’m expected to wait another full week until they REPAIR the defective one they sent to me- not sending me another phone!
This has left me without a phone for 2 weeks!
Gewenste Oplossing:
When they send me a working phone, and when they apologise for their terrible customer service.
